great base for exploring cambridge and boston's charm
I recently stayed here for a weekend and loved how close the Museum of Science is, just a short walk away, and the beautiful Boston Public Garden is almost within reach, making it easy to explore the city's landmarks and parks with ease.

Nothing to complain about, thank you for a very enjoyable stay. The units were nice looking and well furnished with 2 beds. Competent and fabulously helpful staff as one would expect. Our hotel is set in a remote location near areas north of Boston, the Freedom Trail and a mall about a 10 minute walk away. East Cambridge district is worth looking into.

recently refurbished & fashionable unit in good condition.
Ugly views from the window.

More pros than cons, but still.
The location is fantastic, right next to the train station! Breakfast was plentiful and fresh with attentive staff. Definitely a highlight of my stay!
Parking is quite limited,, and accessing the garage can feel congested. Some amenities were missing, like a microwave, which would have added convenience.

Very nice people and very good hotel. I complain about the tv and they fixed on the same day and also, since I was staying for a long period, they gave me a discount. Also the location is really great because you can go to either Boston or Cambridge with no problem. The hotel is in front of the Lechmere station that has buses that go everywhere and also the green line train.
The air conditional is right beside the table and if it is turned on, the cold goes directly to the person that is using that table, making almost impossible to study with air conditional on. Beside that the hotel is definitely great and I have more to thank than to complain.

The room was silent & neat together with closets as well as modern amenities. The staff was very helpful the whole time of my stay.
The views were ugly.

Stayed in an Executive King Room with Sofa Bed. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious with large windows letting in a lot of natural light. Bed was comfy, but I noticed there wasn't much space for luggage. Some spots on the floor yet decent overall. A bit crowded, but not a dealbreaker.

Hot breakfast items
But surely if one states what one did not like, it is a complaint. What we did not like was the cheap, miniscule one-cup coffee maker and ghastly paper cups (especially in a $250 hotel!).

I stayed at the Hampton Inn in Cambridge with my partner, and it was a good experience! The location made exploring Boston easy, being just steps from the T station. While the tight parking was a bit tricky, the complimentary breakfast was enjoyable was great.

Nice, good breakfast. Good location for parents of Harvard students to stay.
Roads a little confusing

Well they put the money where it is important, in the bathroom and in the bed. The bed is very very comfortable.
Well, the room is small, the carpet seems old and is pretty ugly. A refrigerator would have been useful.

great amenities but pricey parking
The proximity to transportation made my commute easy, a huge plus. I also appreciated the clean and spacious room that had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the maple smoked sausage was a good surprise , made mornings enjoyable.
The parking fees were quite high, a bit disappointing.

Clean, comfortable, simple check in and check out
No restaurant onsite or nearby, poor vending machine selection, location out of the way. Overpriced for lack of amenities offered.

Not much, had better experiences at other Hampton Inns I stayed at! Breakfast was so/so not much variety.
